At HR Intervals, we are committed to delivering high-quality content that is both informative and engaging. HR Intervals builds off the legacy assets of the former HR Council for the Nonprofit Sector (HR Council), a nonprofit organization that existed from 2005 and 2013 to advance nonprofit labour force issues. Read more about our history here. Our process for curating and producing content involves key steps to ensure that we meet the needs of our audience while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and inclusivity.
- Expert Collaboration: We work with a diverse group of writers who are experts in their respective fields. This collaboration allows us to provide well-researched and credible information across various topics, ensuring that our content is both accurate and insightful.
- Thorough Audits: We conduct comprehensive audits through a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) lens, as well as a compliance review. This process helps us identify any potential biases and ensures that our content is respectful, inclusive, and accessible to all readers.
